WARNING: Please enter at your own risk. This park hosts a selection of unmaintained hiking trails that may lead to unstable climates and terrain. If you choose to proceed, bring enough food and water for the expedition to and from your destination, and be sure to pack items securely if camping. The mutant cows have a particularly sensitive sense of smell and are extremely strong, so if they do approach you or your camp, it is not wise to challenge them. Due to its unique position in Guyamar, this park features a variety of landscapes including lush forests, snowy peaks, and dry deserts. It can be easy to get lost, so we recommend that inexperienced park explorers stay on the paved roads to enjoy the natural scenery that Free Rock has to offer. Drivers, make sure your Park Badge is present on the dashboard at all times. If you're hiking, remove the film backing from the underside of the patch and place it in a highly visible location on your person. We thank you for visiting our humble corner of the continent, so explore responsibly! And remember: In Free Rock We Trust.

When the songs for Northern Terrace started pouring in, we couldn't stop the flow. We started that album with the intention to make a 17-track double-cd, but soon that idea split into two records of their own. And only two weeks after Terrace dropped, we got together to record the ten new songs at my townhouse out in North Adams, MA. But unlike our previous LPs, we wanted to shorten the jams here and focus more on keeping them open to live interpretation, and with it being our first record with Jackson on the keys, it only felt natural to keep the album as straightforward as possible. Jackson had the idea early on to introduce "Holiday Road" with a piano solo, but we were hesitant to include the minute-long idea at the start of what was one of our favorite tracks on the LP. We decided to make the solo its' own track, and it earned the most appropriate of titles: "Northern Terrace." Perhaps the celebration that dons Terrace's cover takes place in the National Park. Many of the tracks here are years old, with "Everybody," "If You Can Fly," "3:15 AM," "Mirror," and "Holiday Road" dating back to various points in the New Threads era. We had been trying to make this record for quite a while... I'm glad we finally did.
