Second Wind

Written by Jacob Keplinger

Goin' back to the country again
City living ain't what it's been
And I've got one message to send
It feels like a second wind
There ain't' that much to say
Been pitching to move this way
Now I've got bills to pay
But it feels like a second wind

And it feels like all of this is too right
Waiting for the bends
But I'm here, right?
That could only mean I'm waiting on a second wind

That train is on its' way
You know I had to stay
These folks ain't bothering me
Oh, maybe it's a second wind
They don't know who I am
Don't think twice, don't give a damn
That's the joy of where I am
Oh, maybe it's a second wind

And it feels like all of this is too right
Waiting for the bends
But I'm here, right?
That could only mean I'm waiting on a second wind

Now I'm back in the country again
Feels good living out of the kin
What's next I'll know just when
It feels like a second wind
That wind is following you
There ain't nothing that I can do
But it feels like I've been proven true
It feels like a second wind

And it feels like all of this is too right
Waiting for the bends
But I'm here, right?
That could only mean I'm waiting on a second wind
