Is this Free Rock jumping the shark? Who knows. But at least we had fun doing it! The seeds for this album were planted way back in 2023 after we spent an evening covering various King Gizzard tunes with our pal Nick on vocals for the heavier stuff. We decided then and there that Free Rock would one day go all-in on a thrash album, and the day has finally arrived. With our tongues planted firmly in our cheeks, we conjured up ten blistering tracks and recorded them all in a single day at an Air BnB in Vermont. This record features tons of callbacks to previous releases... I doubt anyone who wasn't in the room would be able to identify them all. This is likely the heaviest Free Rock you'll hear for a long time, so take it in. I need a Tylenol.
